It is sooo hard to find a label that combines gorgeous clothes at affordable prices with fair trade principles and organic or sustainable fabrics. Welcome Amana, a London-based label founded in 2006 by graduates from Central Saint Martins and London College of Fashion. Their aim - to make beautiful clothes with ethical origins and to illustrate that environmentally and socially responsible fashion can equate to exquisite design and quality. Although their SS09 collection is small (well tiny actually!) there are some extremely wearable pieces that not only sit perfectly with spring/summer trends but are classic enough to last a life time.
